With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Liz Biswurm brings extensive knowledge of real estate, investment properties and property management, while Rob's background in the home improvement industry brings valuable experience in the care, maintenance and improvement of homes.
Together, Liz and Rob bring a hands-on, owner-focused approach to Anchor, serving property owners, investors, buyers and renters throughout Southwest Florida and Dallas–Fort Worth.
For them, it's more than managing properties—it's about protecting their clients' investments, taking care of the homes entrusted to them and building relationships that last.
Our Story
One week after their wedding, Liz and Rob made Naples home, beginning a life in Southwest Florida that would eventually become the foundation for their family and businesses.
Already an experienced REALTOR®, Liz quickly became immersed in the Naples market, working with buyers, sellers and investors from across the country and around the world. Those relationships revealed a need beyond buying and selling—property owners needed people they could trust to protect, maintain and manage their investments.
That vision led to Anchor Rentals & Vacations, with property management services established in 2019. Today, Liz brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Anchor, while Rob brings extensive experience in the home improvement industry, giving the family a unique understanding of both the real estate and property-care sides of homeownership.
From Florida to Texas
As their family's life expanded to Dallas–Fort Worth, so did Anchor. Liz became licensed in Texas and expanded the company through Anchor Residential Group, serving the Greater Dallas-Forth areas.
Today, Anchor provides property management and real estate services in both Southwest Florida and Dallas–Fort Worth, supported by trusted relationships with vendors, contractors and service professionals in each market.
Florida is where Liz and Rob built their life together and raised their daughters, Brooke and Brielle, while Texas has become another important chapter for their family and the future of Anchor.
Together, Liz's real estate and property-management experience and Rob's home-improvement background bring a practical, hands-on perspective to caring for the properties owners entrust to Anchor.
